New Years Eve

What to do on New Years Eve at 33 weeks pregnant and with a two year old when the friends we have spent this holiday with for the past eight years have a 16 month old? They won't sleep well at our house, Adelaide still wakes up at night, and Toby is well past the pack n play stage but not quite at a sleepover place yet.


So we will travel north to see them on Saturday afternoon and spend the early afternoon perusing LL Bean before getting in a Rick Cherette concert and some 6pm New Years fireworks designed for little kids bedtimes. Then we'll come home, put Toby to bed and fall asleep to a movie sometime around 9pm.
