Snapfish user alert

By now I think it is apparent to my friends - online and otherwise - that I scrapbook. This involves copious amounts of pictures. I also live in a different country than most of my family so photo cards are generally a must.

You may or may not have noticed by now all the blog hoopla about Shutterfly - blog about them and you get 50 free Holiday cards.

I don't use Shutterfly so this is not that blog post. I will not be claiming 50 free cards, I shall be paying for them elsewhere. I am also not gaining anything from my photo company of choice so it's not like I get 100 free cards from them for dissing Shutterfly online.

Shutterfly is fine, I had a gift card once so it's where I did my birth announcements. The formula company just emailed me a free baby book so I'll be cashing that in. But my reality is thousands of pictures uploaded into Snapfish.

Snapfish rocks.

It has gimmicks (especially at Christmas) but isn't reliant upon it's gimmicks which means it is always cheap unlike other sites I have looked into.

It has responsive Customer Service. In one scenario I made a mistake and asked them to fix it so they did, then they made a mistake and I asked them to fix it and so instead of getting the 200 pictures I ordered I got the 200 pictures I ordered by mistake, the 200 pictures I actually wanted and a full refund for both transactions. 400 pictures for free people. Now that is customer service I can get behind.

I requested more Thanksgiving cards as they only had 2, now there are 60

So that's why I use snapfish, I don't need a coupon code to know I'm getting a good deal and customer appreciation there rocks my world. Again, not being compensated for this.

So if I'm not being compensated why am I posting about this?

Well I'll tell you.

For the time it took me to log into my dusty Shutterfly account I started to plan my blog post for 50 free cards. About 27 seconds after my login I realised I didn't want to fake a blog post just to save $16.98. I wouldn't lie or compromise my choices in real life so I shouldn't do it here either.

And that's just my two cents.

Oh and Snapfish rocks!
