Pumpkin goodies

Thanks to Toby's birthday decor I have a ton of pumpkins. Thanks to Cha Cha I have a whole stash of cooked pumpkin in my fridge. Well, I had a whole stash of cooked pumpkin in my fridge. It has all since been baked and devoured. Firstly as these pumpkin pastries from a blog I visited and then forgot about...
And then as these Pumpkin chip cookies (eggless) from another blog I have since forgotten about. Very bad blogging etiquette on my part.
This flurry of baking has also given me a chance to use my glass cake stand for the first time since I made Aple Cake in October 2003!!! I knew I held onto it for a reason :-) We also got an amazing stash of pumpkin seeds from this endeavour.

Now I have to cook up those other six pumpkins before they succumb to frost!

  3. YAY!!!! So glad the pumpkin is working good for you. I am ready for another day in the kitchen with pumpkin soon, maybe we can share recipes. So glad to be back in town and catching up with every one.
